Terms of service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.
- Selling the art piece as a NFT or anything like that is PROHIBITED.
- Asking for changes after the drawing's ready may require an extra payment.
- The artist can decline the comission if necessary, there will be a refund if thats the case
- The customer can't decline the comission if the drawing is already finished.
- these terms might be updated at any time.
Payment terms
- The only accepted payment method is PayPal.
- The artist will start drawing once the payment is done.
- All this could be negociated.
USAGE TERMS
- The artist retains the rights of the drawing. the artist may publish the artwork if he wants to (obviously indicating that the piece is a commission).
- The artist can't do merchandising or sell any products related with the commission (unless if the customer gives the permission to).
- The customer can post the artwork online, only if they gives credits to the artist.
- The piece will be only for Personal use, if the customer wants to use the piece for a product, they has to ask the artist before doing anything.
REFUND TERMS
- The refund will be given if the customer sees the first sketch and he asks for a refund, if the process is too advanced, the customer will be NOT able to refund.
- If the artist does a mistake in the drawing, the changes will be free.
